Management Team
Our directors are highly experienced
and dedicated individuals who have a wealth of financial
management experience between them. They are:
Jeremy Leach
Jeremy commenced his career in composite
insurance broking and developed an extensive level of
experience in all facets of personal lines and commercial
insurance, as well as life and pensions. His primary
technical knowledge advanced in the areas of light aviation
underwriting, commercial property, life assurance and
personal injury risks.
When the polarization of the Insurance
and Financial Services Industry occurred in the UK during
the late 1980’s, he gravitated towards the Financial
Services sector, furthering his knowledge and experience
in respect of investment management and collective investment
schemes.
Mr Leach holds a number of non-executive
board positions with Mutual Funds and also sits on the
board of a number of Financial Services based companies.
He is also the managing director of Managing Partners
Limited (MPL), a Cayman Islands based fund management
group that manages a number of traded endowment, trade
life policy and property based regulated mutual funds
and collective investment schemes.
William McClintock
Bill McClintock is a well respected
figure within the United Kingdom property market, having
been involved in real-estate for over 40 years. During
this time he has been managing director of Royal Life
Estates South with a chain of 250 offices. He was also
on the main board of Royal Life Estates from 1988-1992.
In 1992 he acquired a substantial
shareholding in Cornerstone Estate Agencies (347) offices),
when it was purchased from Abbey National plc, and having
sold out in 1995 he joined Hamptons as international
development director with specific responsibility for
business generated in the markets of Hong Kong, Singapore
and Malaysia.
He has always had a strong interest
in improving the profession and is a founder director
of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, an affinity
group of almost 700 agents across the UK dedicated to
improving standards and marketing skills.
In 2003 he became the chief operating
officer of The Ombudsman for Estate Agents for the UK
and in 2004 became chairman – a post he still
currently holds.
Graeme Boiardini
Graeme has worked in the financial
services industry since graduating from university in
1994. He started work with the Prudential as a financial
consultant progressing to a senior level within his
division.
In 1997, having gained considerable
technical knowledge, Graeme was recruited by an international
consultancy group that were seeking a tax planning specialist
to consult with their international investors in the
Middle East. His responsibilities were to advise international
investors in Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman
on tax mitigation, efficient offshore financial planning
and repatriation of funds to the UK.
On returning to the UK in 1999, Graeme
establish Bayliss Clarke, an independent financial advisory
group that specializes in providing advice in relation
to tax planning. Graeme is and experienced, alternative
investment funds analyst with the practice that has
worked exclusively in building a company synonymous
with ethics and quality plain speaking financial advice
to companies and high net worth individuals.
Graeme is also a director of Managing
Partners Limited where his experience with the UK financial
services industry and its regulatory issues are of great
value.
